CAMLOG offers perfectly matched products for digital application for its implant systems:
The components of the Guide System serve the template guided preparation of the implant bed and insertion of CAMLOG® and CONELOG® SCREW-LINE implants, in a partially or fully edentulous upper and lower jaw.
Due to the small number of required parts, the Guide System is easy and convenient to use. The products of the Guide System are manufactured with precision and optimally matched to one another.3D planning with an implant planning software and implementation with the Guide System offers the user simple, predictable and safe implant bed preparation and implantation. While planning the precise implant positioning, all physiological structures can be considered.
The Guide System is integrated in the following 3-D implant planning software:

CAMLOG® Titanium bases CAD/CAM of the crown and bridge versions act as bonding base for customized constructions made from suitable materials. Titanium bases CAD/CAM are available with a Tube-in-Tube® Implant-abutment connection for the crown version and without for the bridge version.
CAD LIBRARIES
CAD libraries with the geometries of the titanium bases CAD/CAM and a suggestion on milling geometry simplify the work process and enable precise results. Libraries are available for the following CAD software including instructions for import:

In conjunction with a Sirona® Scanbody, the ScanPost serves for the digital recording of the implant position or lab analog position in the CEREC® and inLab® software from Sirona®.
The scanbody is used for optical 3-dimensional localization of implants in the mouth and of lab analogs in the working model. The scanbodies are delivered sterile and thus allow immediate intraoral use.
The scanbody is integrated in the following CAMLOG CAD libraries:
Customized, one-piece titanium abutments and healing caps can be fabricated with CAM blanks on CNC milling machines. The CAM titanium blanks contain a prefabricated implant-abutment connection with screw channel. CAM titanium blanks are available in two designs:
Type IAC:
Clamping to the milling machine is performed at the implant-abutment connection. The system-relevant collets for CAM blanks, type IAC, are available as primary clamping devices for this type.
Type ME:
Clamping to the milling machine is performed on the cylindrical section opposite the implant-abutment connection. Abutment holders for the Preface® Abutments by Medentika® can be used as machine-specific clamping devices. These collets are available for suitable CNC milling machines from the respective machine manufacturers.
A corresponding CAM library as well as suitable holders and brackets are required for processing both blank variants. Information on the compatibility of the CAMLOG® CAM titanium blanks with CNC milling machines is available from the respective manufacturers of the machines and software.
CAD LIBRARIES
CAD libraries with the geometries of the CAMLOG® CAM titanium blanks and the CAMLOG® Scanbodies allow the construction of one-piece titanium abutments and healing caps. Also included are the geometry of DIM implant analogs from nt-trading with which printable models can be generated in the CAD software.
Libraries are available for downloading for the following CAD software including instructions for import:
The scanning cap for bar abutments is used to visually record in 3 dimensions the prosthetic platform (including alignment of the hex surface) of CAMLOG® or CONELOG® bar abutments in the mouth or of bar lab analogs on the working model. The scanning caps are made of PEEK (poly ether ether ketone) and are protected against rotation. The scanning caps are supplied sterile, allowing their immediate intraoral use.
